An extreme sports enthusiast, while exploring the blue hole in the Bahamas of the Caribbean, traverses into a world known as the Continent of Divine Grace. He becomes the young master of a small merchant family, the Shi family, and his name is Shi Yan. In this world, Shi Yan dies by the blood pool during an adventure and acquires a ring called the Blood Pattern Ring, along with a mysterious martial soul.

Later, it was learned that Shiyan was originally the great-grandson of Yang Qingdi, the head of the Yang family in the Endless Sea. During the invasion of the Endless Sea by the two clans of the Underworld Demons, the mysterious martial soul and the Blood Pattern Ring allowed the Holy Spirit, the Earth Core Flame, and the Ice Divine Flame to merge, enabling the mere Nirvana Realm Shiyan to sever an arm of the Demon King-level Moqital.

Later, with the assistance of the spirit of the Blood Pattern Ring, Shiyan fused ten types of heavenly fire and purified his soul with the Thousand Layer Lotus, bringing the people of the Divine Grace Continent to the Magic Blood Star in the Moya Star Domain. He led his subordinates, the Bloodthirsty Clan, to embark on the path of annihilating the Divine Clan, and thus the era of the Killing God began to reveal its brilliance
